3. Order Placement & Acceptance

When placing an order:

  • You agree to provide correct item details (quantity, fabric type, stains, etc.).

  • Prices shown at the time of order may be subject to change based on actual garment condition or service needs.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

An order is considered accepted only after we send confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices displayed on the Site are indicative and may vary based on garment evaluation.

  • Additional charges may apply for premium fabrics, severe stains, express services, or special handling.

  • Payments must be made via accepted methods listed on the Site.

  • All payments are non-refundable once services are completed.

5. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.

  • Customers must be available or ensure someone is present at the specified address.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.

6. Garment Condition & Inspection

  • All garments are inspected during pickup and before processing.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage, color fading, shrinkage, loose embroidery, beads, or buttons

    • Garments without care labels

    • Damage caused due to manufacturer defects or delicate materials

If a garment is deemed unsafe to clean, we may refuse service or clean it at the customer’s risk.

7. Loss or Damage Policy

We take utmost care but cannot guarantee zero risk. If a garment is lost or damaged:

  • Compensation, if applicable, will not exceed 10 times the cleaning charge of that item, or as allowed by law.

  • No compensation applies for items with:

    • Missing care instructions

    • Wear and tear

    • Age-related deterioration

    • Previous damage

Customers must report missing or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery details

  • Inspect your garments upon delivery

  • Not include any hazardous items (ink pens, coins, lighters, jewelry, etc.) in your laundry

  • Retrieve garments in a timely manner

Unclaimed items after 30 days may be donated or disposed of without liability.

9. Cancellation & Modifications

  • Orders can be cancelled before pickup.

  • Once garments are picked up, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Modification requests (add/remove items) will be handled case-by-case.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content from our Site

  • Use our services for fraudulent purposes

  • Impersonate another person or entity

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

11. Intellectual Property Rights
